Using the Washers
Sort & Load
Separate lights from darks. Load clothes loosely โ never overstuff. Leave room for water and agitation.
Add Detergent
Place powder or liquid detergent inside the drum โ NOT on top of the machine. Scent beads go inside too.
Powder & scent beads must go INSIDE the washing machine, not on top.
Tap or Swipe Your Card
Select your machine size and tap your laundry card or credit/debit card on the reader to start. Free dry credits are applied automatically.
Choose Your Cycle
Select your water temperature (cold, warm, or hot) and cycle type. Normal for everyday loads; Delicate for fragile items.
Press Start & Stay
Press Start. Clothes must be started by last wash and you must stay with them. Do not leave your laundry unattended.
You must remain in the laundromat while your laundry is running.
Using the Dryers
Transfer Promptly
Move clothes from the washer to a dryer as soon as the wash cycle is done. Leaving wet clothes in a washer is inconsiderate to other customers.
Clean the Lint Filter
Always check and clear the lint filter before loading. A clogged filter slows drying and can be a fire hazard.
Free Credits Applied Automatically
Your free dry credits are added to your laundry card when you use a washer. They are deducted automatically when you start a dryer.
Select Heat & Time
Choose your heat setting โ Low for delicates, Medium for most items, High for heavy towels and jeans.
Stay & Check
Stay with your laundry. When drying finishes, promptly remove your items so others can use the machine.
Pro Tips for a Better Wash
Sort by color AND fabric weight for best results.
Use cold water for darks and delicates to preserve color and shape.
Avoid overfilling โ a 3/4-full drum cleans more effectively.
Check pockets for tissues and coins before loading โ they clog filters.
Zip zippers and turn dark items inside-out to protect fabric.
Remove clothes promptly when done โ others are waiting!
